In December 1971, a chain of events were presented that lead Lambert to launch Orange County Kennels, the first canine security company in Orange County, CA.
The chapter recounts both the humorous and the serious sides of running the business, and the trainers, family members, employees, and dogs who made the enterprise run smoothly. The events and pleasure provided during this time, while Lambert was still on the police force, would later become the foundation where he had his greatest measure of success and acceptance.
